  Q. How much does it cost to join the YELLOW MOON Fundraising Scheme?
A. Nothing, it's absolutely FREE!

Q. How many catalogues can I order?
A. As many as you like - the more you order and distribute, the larger the cash-back amount you're likely to raise. Don't forget, they're all free and if you've under-ordered you can always request more by calling our Customer Services Team on: 0844 826 8684.

Q. How much work is involved?
A. Very little really. We take the orders, collect the money, despatch the goods direct to parents and supporters' homes, answer any queries and write you a cheque at the end of it all. So, all you have to do is stick on your unique Source Code stickers when the catalogues arrive and distribute them along with your fundraising letters.

Q. Is the scheme restricted to schools?
A. No, we also help other groups and organisations that want to raise funds including Nurseries, Playgroups, Guides, Scouts, Clubs and Churches to name but a few.

Q. How safe are YELLOW MOON products?
A. All our products meet the stringent European Community Safety laws and carry the CE mark, the manufacturers and importers declaration that this is the case.

Q. How often can I raise funds with YELLOW MOON?

A. We distribute catalogues twice a year, once in the Spring and once for Christmas. Once you've joined we will let you know in advance when you'll receive your next fundraising pack.

Q. When will I receive our cheque?

A. Cheques are issued twice a year; in September for purchases made from the Spring catalogue, and at the end of January for purchases made from the Christmas catalogue.

Q. Who are the cheques made payable to?

A. Cheques are only issued to a School or Group, never a personal bank account. Please make sure you give the full name of your School or Group, with no abbreviations, as cheques will be made payable to the name you submit.

Q. Is there any limit to the amount of funds we can raise?

A. Absolutely not - we'd love to send cheques beyond your expectations, so encourage as many orders as you can.

Q. How do I request entrance to the 2 seasonal Yellow Moon Schemes?
A. Once you have registered with the Yellow Moon scheme you will automatically be entered into the next scheme. Should you not wish to take part in any of the Spring (usually issued in January) or Christmas (usually issued in September) schemes you should contact Customer Services either by telephone 0844 826 8684, or alternatively by email enquiry@yellowmoon.org.uk before the next edition is due to be sent to you. Customer Services will amend your account to reflect your preferred scheme. Please also advise us of any changes to address and contact details.
