How many catalogues can I order?
As many as you like - the more you order and distribute, the larger the cash-back amount you're likely to raise. Don't forget, they're all free and if you've under-ordered you can always request more by calling our Customer Services Team on: 0844 826 8684

How much work is involved?
Very little really. We take the orders and collect the money, then despatch the goods directly to parents and supporters homes. We answer any queries and write you a cheque at the end of it all. So, all you have to do is stick on your unique Source Code stickers when the catalogues arrive and distribute them along with your fundraising letters.

Is the scheme restricted to schools?
No, we also help other groups and organisations that want to raise funds including Nurseries, Playgroups, Guides, Scouts, Clubs and Churches to name but a few.

How safe are Yellow Moon products?
All our products meet the stringent European Community Safety laws and carry the CE mark, the manufacturers and importers declaration that this is the case.

How often can I raise funds with Yellow Moon?
All the time! Your supporters can buy products from our website ALL YEAR ROUND (excl. special offers), plus we have two Fundraiser catalogues each year, in February and October.

When will I receive our cash-back cheque?
We'll send you two cash-back cheques during the year, one in February and one in September.

Who are the cash-back cheques made payable to?
Cheques are only issued to a School or Group, never a personal bank account. Please make sure you give the full name of your School or Group with no abbreviations as cheques will be made payable to the name you submit.

Is there any limit to the amount of funds we can raise?
Absolutely not - we'd love to send cash-back cheques beyond your expectations, so encourage as many orders as you can.

How do I request entrance to the Yellow Moon Fundraising Scheme?
You can register with the scheme online, by post, email or fax or by simply calling our Customer Services Team on 0844 826 8684. Once you have registered you will automatically be sent the amount of catalogues you have asked for.

I have been part of the scheme previously so will my existing source code work?
Your original source code will only work if you have re-registered with us. You can do this online, by post, email or fax or by simply calling our Customer Services Team on 0844 826 8684.
