To make the most of your fundraising opportunity it is essential that parents and supporters fully understand how the YELLOW MOON scheme works and how you will be using the funds to benefit their child. Therefore, we have prepared three draft letters, which we recommend you download and print on your headed paper. The ‘initial’ letter should be circulated with your YELLOW MOON catalogues. You can then give your fundraising an extra boost by sending the ‘reminder’ letter six weeks later. Finally, the ‘web’ letter can be sent to parents and supporters to remind them they can order online at www.yellowmoon.org.uk.

Don’t forget to state your unique source code on the letters, then those who may have lost their catalogue can still order online

  • If you've misplaced your catalogue, you can still order online at www.yellowmoon.org.uk, but please quote our unique Source Code (insert unique Source Code)
  • YELLOW MOON will send your products direct to your door
