Give out initial letters with every catalogue
It's vital to tell all your supporters what you're raising money for so they place their orders with you. Make sure you emphasise your goal on your letterhead for a really personal touch. And of course, don't forget to show the kids the catalogues they're taking home - they'll love the gifts and crafty ideas inside, and will be keen to show the grown ups what they want, to get them creating.

For better exposure of your reason for fundraising, put up the posters included in your fundraising pack. It sounds obvious, but make sure they go up in places where people are most likely to see them, such as the classroom or notice board to get your fundraising efforts underway.
